Heidi Armstrong, complementary therapist and tutor

I has been studying Holistic therapies since completing a Massage and Anatomy course in 1993.

Since then she went on to do a full time Diploma in holistic therapies graduating in 1996 and trained in Reflexology with Rosalind Oxenford former principal.

Following this I trained in Shiatsu qualifying in 2001 with the Bristol School of Shiatsu. Then went over the next several year to train to teach Shiatsu and gain my Big T senior Shiatsu teaching status.

She then went onto do postgraduate training in maternity care with the Wellmother organisation going onto do their teacher training to teach other therapist to work in pregnancy, birth and with babies.

I also trained in Adult education to round my teaching experience and qualifications and have since 2006  taught Shiatsu, Reflexology, Massage, Aromatherapy and Anatomy and Physiology in several schools including Bath City College.

I am passionate personal development and Reflective practice and trained Supervison with the CSTD centre for Supervison in Bath.

In my private practice I work with a range of clients including  pregnant women and couples with shiatsu, massage, Aromatherapy, reflexology and birth preparation

Bath school of Shiatsu and Yoga

I currently am head of curriculum development for the Bath School of Shiatsu and Yoga, where I teach some subject areas as well as structure the courses and assessments.
